If you do not pass...

If you do not pass the points test, you may still be able to apply to migrate as follows:

"Skilled Independent Regional migration" – If you score 110 points or more and are willing to live in a regional area, you can apply for this 2 stage visa process that gives you permanent residence after you have lived in a regional area for 2 years and worked there for at least 1 year. This visa process requires an Australian State Government sponsor; we can assist with applying for this sponsorship. .
"Regional Sponsored Migration" - If you meet Rules 1 to 3 (see above) AND you have a close relative who is an Australian who will sponsor you AND this person does not live near a major Australian city, you may be able to apply even though you do not pass the points test. Reduced English rules apply.
"Skill Matching Migration" - If you meet Rules 1 to 3 (see above) BUT do not qualify any other way, you can make a special application (with a reduced fee) that puts you on a list for 2 years in the hope that an Australian company will offer you a job. If you are offered a job within 2 years, you can be granted a visa, otherwise you are removed from the list after 2 years.  We can help you get noticed by employers to give you the best possible chance.

If you are interested in "Skilled Independent Regional migration" or "Regional Sponsored Migration" or "Skill Matching Migration" please submit your case to us for a FREE assessment.
