This site contains FREE information on many different visas
This site offers FREE Case Assessments so your chance to migrate to Australia can be determined quickly
We can arrange professional assistance for you (by referring you to one of the specialist Australian Immigration Lawyers on our Panel). Your application will be prepared professionally, so that it will be decided as soon as possible with the best chance of success.
If you want to save money, we can help you prepare your own application, just complete one of the forms on the "Will I Qualify?" page.

What does migrating to Australia cost?

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars.

If you are inside Australia when you receive services, you will also be charged Australian Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) at a rate of 10%. This tax applies to the lawyer fees but not to the government charges.

Tip: If you have a company or business, then the cost of getting a visa may be tax deductible, and you may be able to claim back the GST! Ask about this when you discuss your case with one of our Panel Lawyers.

*The Australian Government may alter its fees without notice.

Specialist Australian Immigration Lawyer Fees

If you want professional help with your case, we can refer you to Specialist Immigration Lawyers on our Panel who will provide you with a first quality service at a reasonable price. Some migration agents charge fees that are too high. You need a fair deal and a good service. Be careful of agents offering very low fees - you may not get the service you deserve. Here is a guide to what you should pay for professional help.

Basic guidance to help you prepare your application yourself, plus checking your application for you after you have completed it $600 to $1200
Skilled migration $4,500 to $8,000
Business, Investor, Senior Executive migration $9,000 to $12,000
Family, Spouse migration $3,300 to $6600
Employer Sponsored Visas
Temporary residence
Permanent residence
Fee
$3,900 to $6,000
$5,000 to $8,000
Temporary Business Visa $4,000 to $6,000
Investor Retirement Visa $4,000 to $6,000

These price ranges are for standard cases. If your case has a particular issue (example: if you have a criminal record or a serious medical condition) then the costs will be higher.

Other costs you are likely to incur in making an application for a visa to Australia are:

Medical examinations,
police clearance certificates,
document translation costs,
certified copies of documents

These costs will vary from case to case.

Would I qualify? Or, would my friend?

To find out, please read the free information on this site. At the bottom of each page of visa information is an invitation to complete a FREE Case Assessment for a free assessment of your case or your friend's case.

Should I pay for professional help?

That is your choice.

If you feel confident that you can prepare your own application, you may.  We will help you.  Complete one of the forms on our "Will I Qualify?" page.
There are three reasons people choose to have their application prepared by a professional immigration lawyer:
1. Skills and knowledge: We refer people to Specialist Immigration Lawyers who are Australian Registered Migration Agents. These experts had to pass an exam to prove to the Australian Government that they had a detailed working knowledge of Australia's immigration laws.  They are also members of the Migration Institute of Australia. All members of this professional institute are bound by an ethical code of conduct which means they will:
give you first class service.
prepare your application as quickly and effectively as possible
give your application so that it has the maximum possible chance of success
not overcharge you
not give you false hopes

2. Service attitude: We have carefully selected the lawyers on our Panel.  We want you to be so satisfied with the service you receive that you will recommend us to your friends.

3. Range of services: Our Panel lawyers provide a full range of migration and legal services. We specialize in moving business people and families to Australia, obtaining your visa, helping you with your settlement needs in Australia and assisting you to set up your new lives and business in Australia.
